My Interest

"My interest is in the future because I am going to spend the rest of my life there."
-Charles F. Kettering

In hospitality industry the most interesting field for me is the "flairtending". It is also known as flair bartending, it is the practice of bartenders entertaining guest or clientele with the use of bar tools  (cocktail shaker and liquor bottles) in tricky and dazzling way. I find it very interesting because it requires skills and bartenders are usually boys, for a girl like me who knows how to do this trick is something cool which I can be proud of. As of now I know some basic routines I want to work harder on this to be as good as my classmates. Everytime I see girls who do flairtending I find them tough. In the future if I will be hired as a bartender I would gladly accept the offer because this is what I want. If I'm going to work I'll make sure that my job is my interest so that I could not feel any pressure only the feeling of fulfillment.

People who can read your posts can also have a bigger picture of your personality. Another reason is to share expertise. Some individuals catch the attention of people through their knowledge .
